Returns:

If you wish to return a product, please make sure that it meets the following criteria:

• The product is unused and undamaged.
• All items inside the package are completely intact.
• The product is in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, simply contact us via WhatsApp at +919324889648 within 30 days of receiving your order. Our delivery executive will arrange for the item to be picked up within 7 working days.

Once the item is picked up and inspected, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued within 5-7 working days of receiving the product by us.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange a product, please follow the same process as a return. Once the item is picked up, we will ship the replacement item to your original address at no extra cost.

Cancellation:

If you need to cancel your order, please notify us within 24 hours of placing the order by sending a WhatsApp message to +919324889648. We will process the cancellation and issue a refund accordingly.

**Please note that we reserve the right to cancel any order without prior confirmation from the customer. We may also verify orders before shipping them out.

Refund Process:

For prepaid orders, the refund will be returned to the bank account or credit/debit card used for payment. For Cash on Delivery orders, please provide your bank details or UPI ID for the refund.

Refund Timeframe:

We strive to process refunds as quickly as possible. In the case of order cancellations, refunds will be processed within 3 business days. 

Partial Returns:

If you wish to return only part of your order, you can do so within 30 days of delivery. Please note that certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange.
